Support Guidelines

The FatBox support system is a channel for getting in touch with us when you require us to take action for you, things that you can't do yourself. Most often this is because a service we offer is broken or malfunctioning.

If something is acting out of sorts there is a good chance it may be an issue that affects more than just your services and we already know about it. Send an email to our support team and we'll update you as the issue progresses.

Servers and Hosting

Since pretty much any web or linux application can run on FatBox servers there isn't any way we can possibly debug or support them all. If you're having trouble trying to run software or configure a web application you should visit the developers site and see what support options they offer, do some Google'ing and check our Wiki. If you can establish with certainty the problems exists on our end (broken/missing library, confirmed bug in a version of software, etc) then please open a ticket by sending an email to the support address (it's on the right).

If you're doing custom application development to run on the FatBox servers and are having problems outside of missing software or libraries we have application design services to help out with things like database schema design, dealing with load/profiling, functionality implementation and more. (We can also write the entire thing if you want).

FatPush

If you're getting unexpected behavior from the HTTP API that is not covered in the online documentation or your notifications are not being delivered correctly (or at all) please open a ticket by sending an email to the support address.

Feature Request

If you have an idea for a new feature or to enhance an existing one then we want to hear from you. We use this feedback from our customers to continually improve our products and services.
